Hi I’m Karen – I’m a Charted Landscape Architect and Environmental Consultant and a parent carer to a son with Autism and Epilepsy, an artist, and nature lover.
Through my work designing and consulting with those with Autism and other disabilities, I create opportunities for people to actively get involved in the design process and have their ideas, needs and aspirations heard. All too often many struggle to be included in conventional outdoor environments and this can impact on wellbeing, confidence and feeling included.

Hi my name is David, I am a Chartered Geologist and I work in the civil engineering industry designing transport, water and energy infrastructure. I am also Dad to a son with autism and epilepsy.
Despite recent positive improvements in the recognition and inclusion of neurodiverse individuals in society, there are still significant challenges facing young people in finding their place in the world, especially post education. I would like to try and help Resonate to remove or navigate some of these barriers and hopefully improve the outcomes for everyone involved.

Alex worked for RBS for 38 years. He was a Senior Commercial Manager in south west Scotland. He specialized in agricultural finance.
During this time, he also carried out regular fund-raising activities for The Royal Scottish Agricultural Benevolent Association. These activities included the annual Great Glen Challenge and other charities.
Now retired Alex retains an interest in helping and supporting Mental Health charities
