Resonate: Creating Communities…

…is simply about finding your pack or a community you can resonate with and feel part of. Which can be especially hard for Autistic people living in a rural community like Dumfries and Galloway. We want to change that, by creating communities for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders ( or ASD). These communities can be based on a shared interest or a space. What they all have in common, is something which connects them. This may be a shared flat, housing community or even being members of a group. What is important is being with people who understand you. They don’t judge you. You can be yourself with them. More importantly, you resonate with them.

We aim to make Autism more visible in the region and highlight many of the positive attributes of Autism.
